Open up to the world, to disciplines, confront ideas, question, reinvent, dare...
Thinking outside the box. Unframed thinking.
At the Rennes SB Summit, on October 9 and 10, we invite you to go beyond existing frameworks of thought. More than 20 renowned researchers and personalities from all over the world - from Princeton to Oxford, from Manchester to Nagoya - will address the major challenges of sustainable transformation through the prism of interdisciplinarity and intersectorality.
This unique event is the brainchild of CUT, the Centre for Unframed Thinking, the world's first business school-based institute for advanced studies, whose ambition is to encourage and promote interdisciplinary research projects at the highest international level.
Our aim is to stimulate dialogue, break down barriers and break down silos. The human and social sciences will meet the hard sciences - climatology, ecology, technology, mathematics, sociology and environmental sciences - to initiate positive, sustainable solutions on both small and large scales.
Researchers, intellectuals, entrepreneurs and managers will be exchanging ideas to co-construct high-level research with real impact.
How to finance transitions? How to innovate for the climate? How can we rethink capitalism? How can we harness artificial intelligence for good? How can we reinvent regional and international cooperation? How can we transform production models? These are just some of the questions and "hows" we can use to find lasting answers to the "whys" that beset us!
With the Rennes SB Summit, we're betting more than ever on collective intelligence to better reinvest in the question of meaning and address the upheavals in our society. Dare to think, in the plural, to meet the challenges that lie ahead.
Let's initiate the sustainable transformations that will shape the world of today and tomorrow.
